How can we help you today?

At MIT, our combined Student Financial Services office provides financial aid, collects payments, coordinates jobs, and advises on financial literacy. If you have a question about money while you’re here, come to us first.

Affording your education

We award need-based financial aid from MIT, as well as coordinate the receipt of aid from other sources. Our goal is to help you understand your options and make the best choices for affording your MIT education.

Billing and repayment

We establish a budget, collect your tuition, fees and other charges, and provide fair and honest advice regarding available financing options. We also help you improve your financial literacy and make good choices.

Customer service

We provide you with clear documentation and explanations of complex processes on our website. If you need to talk to a human, just contact us, and we’ll help you out.
