Beginning in November, within a few days of submitting the CSS Profile, you will receive an email from the College Board informing you how to submit your parents' 2015 tax returns and forms to Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC) for processing. If your country does not have an annual income tax form, submit a letter from each parents' employer stating the 2015 salary earned in local currency along with a 2015 non-filer statement (available on the IDOC site). It can take up to two weeks for the documents to be received by MIT.
Provide all original documents and include a translation of all materials into English and report the amounts in your local currency. You may translate all documents on your own. You do not need a professional translator.
